STORY: The Crowne skirt and top, is a summation of ideas revolving around female prostitution in the 19th Century, as well as the character Lenina Crowne in ‘Brave New World’. The excessive gathering and ties in both pieces help soften the female form, whilst also emanating typical design features in knickers, especially around the collar. The narrative of the pieces also aim to communicate a soft and feminine feeling that can be relatable to many fashion forward women today.
STYLING: The Crowne skirt can be worn together or separately, dressed up or down with heels for evening wear, or trainers for casual day wear.
